This is a video shot from the official bus tour through the AMARG facility at Tucson, AZ. The bus tour can be booked, on a first-come, first-served basis, at the Pima Air and Space Museum ticket desk and it's worth going early as the tour regularly sells out. A year-long global ed-venture* - a project I devised to teach my son Jet about the world. Tucson, Arizona was ah-mazing – full of kind, generous, beautiful people. It was also bucket list heaven - from the aeroplane graveyard to melting s’mores by the fire, bird-nerding and snake-wrangling and marvelling at NASAs Vomit-Comet and the Blackbird. It was hilariously hot, so hot we had to put vaseline in our dried out nostrils. Oh and I won a hula-hooping contest. Probably should mention I was the only adult... This song reminds me of road tripping in New Zealand as a 20-something year old… aahhh youff-adventures… Smashing Pumpkins “1979” Album: Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness Virgin 1996
